About My Work
I am a founding member (2005) and former President (2015 to 2020) of the VRSC and I've been a full-time Visual Researcher and Archive Producer for 3 decades. My primary focus is documentary but I also work in dramatic television and film as well as for galleries and museums. I also do talent clearances of talent seen in dramas. My work has been honoured directly with 10 nominations among them 8 Canadian Screen Awards for Best Visual Researcher (1 win) and I have twice been nominated as “Researcher of the Year” by FOCAL International.
Productions I've been involved with have gone on to win over 100 awards, among them a Peabody and a place on the 2012 Oscar short list for Best Feature Documentary for the archive heavy documentary “Under Fire: Journalists in Combat”.

About My Work
I've worked on many projects as a researcher (visual and editorial), music supervisor / music clearances, production supervisor, field producer and editor. I enjoy the challenge of finding and licensing unique visual and musical content for all types of projects. I specialize in working closely with directors and producers during production and editing of archive / music based documentaries.
