About My Work:
I have been a visual researcher for more than 15 years. In that time I have handled the research, clearance and licensing of still and motion film for independent productions, large scale archives, publications and museum exhibitions. I am also a skilled associate/coordinating producer and interviewer. The following are some of my most notable achievements in the field. Visual researcher/coordinating producer for the travelling science based museum exhibition, Bug Lab, produced by Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa, 2016 -2017. Image researcher for award nominated children’s book, the Genius of Bugs, published by Te Papa Press, 2016. Lead image researcher for the children’s science focused television series Mama Mirabelle’s Home Movies, 2006 - 2007. Film researcher/coordinating producer of both historic and science based documentaries and educational shorts with National Geographic, 2004 – 2010; 2012 - 2015
